The Crystal Mountain Convention Center is the key building for the event, and accommodates 200 participants. Ample free parking is available is available.
TRAVEL
Crystal Mountain is located between Manistee, Cadillac, and Traverse City in north-west lower Michigan. Maps are available here.
Crystal Mountain is nearest to Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City. Cherry Capital features rental cars from Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National.
Manistee Blacker Airport in Manistee offers two flights from Milwaukee per day.
Greyhound bus serves Traverse City and Cadillac from over 3,800 cities across the USA. This route map shows the connections.
Amtrak service connects Grand Rapids to Chicago, and to the rest of the Amtrak network. Service is limited, so scheduling ahead is essential.

LODGING
Lodging is offered at Crystal Mountain for a special conference rate that is 40% off the standard rates. A selection of rooms are available.
Rooms at Crystal Mountain are limited in number. Make reservations immediately to guarantee the unit of your choice. Call 1-800-968-7686 to make a reservation. Make sure to mention Local Future Conference or group number 45D7OX to receive the group rate.
Rates are per room, with a $20 per person charge for any adults above the noted occupancy. In addition to the room rate, a tax, assessment, and service fee totaling 16% will be charged. First night payment is due at the time of reservation. Some rooms are farther from the conference facility.
